Pool Liner Coping For Above Ground Pools
Liner coping are simply long plastics strips that install on top of the pool wall and hold the pool liner in place. Shown below are the flat and round style coping strips used an most every above ground pool. It’s good practice to replace these items when changing a pool liner as they often become dried out and brittle over time. In Tampa or in South Florida it’s common to see them dry out in about 5 years, so if you’re pool is that old buy new ones when changing the liner. You can’t install an overlap pool liner without them and you don’t want to get stopped in the middle of your liner change to search for them.
